I had an issue with my order and was kind of thinking, okay, this might take forever to sort out. But they actually replied really quickly and fixed it without any hassle. that was a relief

"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve been using the subscription for a few months or so, and overall I’m happy with it. The coffee usually tastes really fresh, and it’s nice not having to think about reordering all the time. One box showed up a couple days late, and the emails can be a little much sometimes. But changing the delivery schedule was simple enough, so I’ll probably keep it going for now

"Heads up: it’s surprisingly smooth"
Just a warning for anyone expecting that usual bitter taste, this didn’t have it at all for me. It tasted really smooth and fresh, way easier to drink than I thought it would be.

I tried a medium roast from Kitty Town Coffee it smelled really nice right out of the bag. The taste was a little hit or miss for me though, some cups came out decent, but a couple were kind of flat and uneven. I’m wondering if I just brewed it on the wrong day or caught the beans at a weird point, because it wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as I was hoping for.

My order came in today and everything was exactly right. The coffee I chose was the one that showed up, and even the bag sizes matched what I ordered. That might sound like the bare minimum, but compared to a few other shops I’ve tried that somehow got those details wrong, this was a nice relief. Happy with the experience

"Good coffee, delivery could be better"
The coffee itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the delivery was kind of hit or miss, hit or miss. One order showed up really quickly, and then another one came a few days late with barely any updates. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the timing was more consistent.

I really love that they support cats, which makes me want to root for them!! The coffee was decent too. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, so I’m a little mixed overall

This coffee tastes better than I expected for the price. It didn’t cost much, and it still has a nice flavor. Kind of makes you wonder why some other brands charge so much for coffee that isn’t any better.

"Cute theme, surprisingly great coffee"
I’ll be honest, I ordered from Kitty Town Coffee because the cat theme totally pulled me in. No regrets, though. The site was easy to browse, and I ended up picking a medium roast ground coffee without overthinking it too much. It arrived fresh, and the bag looked really nice too. The coffee itself is smooth, not bitter, and just easy to drink in the morning… which is basically all I want before my brain fully turns on. Fun little shop, good coffee, cute packaging, I’d definitely order again...

It smells decent, like I did enjoy it when I first opened it, but it’s just not very strong. I kept expecting the scent to fill the room more, and then I kind of forgot it was even there. Not bad at all, just a little too subtle for me

I assumed the site was going to be a little clunky at first, but it was actually simple to use. I’ve ordered from Kitty Town Coffee a few times now and yeah, the grind has been really consistent. I usually get it ground for drip, and it’s not all dusty or mixed with random big chunks like some other coffee I’ve bought before. It just brews the same every morning, which is kind of exactly what I was hoping for. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird there. 5 stars from me.

I’ll admit, the cat branding is really cute and kind of funny at first. I wanted to like it. But the website felt way too busy and a little overwhelming, and after trying to figure things out for a while I just got frustrated. The coffee itself was okay, nothing bad, but not really enough to make up for the hassle. I ended up reaching out because the whole experience felt more confusing than it needed to be, and I expected it to be smoother.
